The Exchange

The exchange and how it works! International Pecan Exchange or “IPE” for short is a commerce exchange, whereby sellers can list and advertise available pecan lots for sale and buyer’s can access and view the lots for sale and place a buy order or a bid. The exchange features lots for sale on a fixed priced basis as well as bid lots available for sale. In addition, buyers can list “lots wanted” which creates and promotes market demand when supply stocks are low or out of stock. Sellers and buyers are identified solely by an IPE assigned account number so your identity and location are masked in the system. All transactions and settlement details are managed by IPE on a customer by customer basis to accommodate the widest range of options and requirements to support both the seller and buyer.
